ABOUT CHRISTEL

Christel's love for massage started over 30 years ago as a gift from her mother upon returning from the US Army. It was a very moving experience and she remembers wanting to help others feel the same way through massage therapy and energy work.

She believes that massage is so much more than working on the muscle for pain relief. She believes there truly is a mind, body and spiritual connection being made and that it's wonderful to assist others in connecting with themselves once again.

Christel studied at the California Holistic Institute in San Luis Obispo and has studied several therapeutic modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Aquatic Integration, Acupressure, Touch for Health, Hot Stone Massage and is a Certified Reiki Master.

She will also be able to incorporate her knowledge of aromatherapy, crystal work and sound bowl healing to facilitate her client's restoration to a healthy body, mind and spirit.
