Late/Missed Appointment
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your allocated time.  This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form and prepare for the service. Time for your appointment has been allocated for you.  A 60-minute massage is a 60-minute massage.  Late arrival may result in a shortened session time in order that Moon Energy Massage can accommodate appointments following you.  Full payment for your session will be required.  Late or missed appointments exclude others from receiving treatment and inconvenience both the therapist and other waiting clients.
Please be aware that parking can be difficult on weekends and during summer months.  Please allow extra time for parking.

It is understood that cancellations happen.  Notifications given at least 24 hours’ notice will receive no charge.  Same day cancellation will result in 100% of services charged.  Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
You may cancel online, by phone or text.  Email cancellations will not be accepted.

No refunds will be given for deposits paid or same day cancellations.  Gift certificates are non-refundable but they are transferrable.  The owner reserves the right to make the final decision on this policy
Additional (prepayments and securing appointment times)
To secure any services beyond 1.5 hours will require 100% payment at time of booking.

Inappropriate Conduct
The client understands that any illicit, sexual or aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.

Clients will always remain draped. This includes the genitalia, gluteal crease and breast area for both men and women.  Any type of breast massage request will need to be prescribed by a physician and written consent by client.  Only the area of the body that is being worked on will temporarily be undraped.

Terminate Session
The client has a right to refuse, modify or terminate treatment regardless of prior consent given.
The therapist also exercises the right to refuse to treat any person or part of the body for just and reasonable cause.  The client will not be charged for the session unless more than 50% of the session time has been exceeded.  The client will be responsible to pay the percentage of the time used after 50%.
